3 night minimum during PEAK season (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
2 night minimum during Off-Peak season- 30% discount on rates.
5 night minimum during the week of July 4th.
Thanksgiving and Christmas have Peak rates/minimum stay of 3 nights.
